The Jayco range of Caravans, Pop Tops, Camper Trailers and Expandas are all constructed with a millennium chassis. Independent testers have described Jayco’s millennium chassis as the “clever chassis.” A Jayco millennium chassis has superior strength and protection compared to other manufacturers. The PSC members that support the floor are superior when subjected to bending and compression that box section steel. The millennium chassis design enables the chassis to be lightweight but still achieve maximum strength. All Jayco chassis are also galvanised for long life. The pressed holes in the millennium chassis offer protection for under floor wiring and plumbing.

Sometimes when you are in the remote areas of Australia there can be inconsistent supply of power. To make you more comfortable Jayco has thought about this and has built in Setec power converters into the range. This built‐in fused power converter provides a safe 12v supply from 240v mains. The Setec power converters are Australian designed and produced especially for Jayco, delivering generous lighting on either 240v or 12v supply for you and your family. When only 12v power is available, the unit is self sensing so no switching is required. A valuable additional feature of the unit is its built‐in trickle charger (13.5v output) to cater for an auxiliary battery.

All cushions in a Jayco use Enduro foam, Australia’s most high‐resilience foam, providing years of comfort and support. The Enduro foam is also fire retardant to further protect you.

All Jayco upholstery features Ultra-Fresh antimicrobial protection, inhibiting growth of mould, mildew and fungi and low in dust mite allergen – assisting in the prevention of allergies, respiratory tract disorders and asthma.
