On Wednesday June 30th the Finding Futures Mobile Teaching Unit was officially launched. The launch took place at the Finding Futures office in Ballarat where the van was officially unveiled by Labor MP for Ballarat, Catherine King. The unit will be used as a Mobile Teaching Unit assisting disabled and under privileged clients to get back into the workforce. The van will be used extensively on a full time basis in areas such as Clunes, Daylesford, Beaufort, Creswick, Ballan and surrounding areas. The mobile teaching unit has come to fruition after 12 months of extensive planning from Chief Executive Officer- Kevin O'Loughlin and Community Development Officer- Trish Price who both worked closely with Prestige Jayco Bendigo’s Senior Sales Consultant, Kelvin Baker, to develop the plans for the van. Prestige Jayco is proud to be part of such a community based project and received great satisfaction in seeing the final result which is going to greatly benefit the outlying rural communities.
