Hi Grant,
I live on the Gold Coast and I just purchased from your dealership a Jayco Swan Outback through Ben Loone. I also had dealings with our local GC Jayco dealer. I must say that the difference in service, advice, knowledge, price on camper and options, helpfulness and the overall experience between Ben and the GC dealer was "chalk and cheese". Needless to say, seeing as we bought our Swan from you, that the sole reason we did so (even though we need to transport the camper to Qld for $1500 was because of the wonderful service we received from Ben. He was always courteous, efficient, knowledgable, not pushy, free with his time even though we could have been tyre kicking from 2000kms away and best of all just made us want a Jayco. He was always available on phone and promptly returned calls and emails. Wonderful experience overall.
I am a member of the Land Rover 4wd club and Gold Coast 4wd club and once the members see our camper (with lots of good off road options) I expect you (Ben) will get many sales enquiries and I will be sending everyone your way. Thanks again for running a terrific dealership. My wife, kids and I are extremely excited about the arrival of our new Swan. Thanks again, particularly to Ben.

I am writing to let you know how happy my husband and I are with the friendly service we received from your staff, when looking for a new caravan in May this year.
We were met by a very pleasant and helpful sales consultant Ben Loone. He couldn't have been more helpful. A very pleasant young man.
We are delighted with the purchase of our new Sterling and are looking forward to picking it up early August. We would also like to thank you for the great deal you gave us. Very much appreciated.

Dear Ian,
This is an email to thank you and the staff at Prestige for the excellent service we received when we were there to purchase a caravan. Because we live in Brisbane it was hard to make the decision to buy a second hand van ‘sight unseen’ other than photos on trading post. The extra information and photos supplied by you made it a lot easier to make a decision and everything was has described when sighted, no disappointments.
Our first meeting with staff members was at closing time, we wanted to see the location before finding accommodation somewhere in the vicinity. I asked if they knew of motel in close proximity, one gentleman took it upon himself to actually take us to a motel, ‘just follow me’ and we did.
I must thank Bruce for his directions on the in’s and out’s of caravan operation, he did not miss a thing even to setting up the ‘sway bars’ and electric brake controller ready to drive away. I must also thank Kathy and another young gentleman for their help and information in relation to spare parts. There was no steering towards the dearest item rather more towards what was suitable to our requirements.
Once again Ian, a big thank you to you and all the staff a Prestige for the way they treated us, the staff seemed happy and part of what we would call a ‘family concern’.
I would recommend to anyone thinking of buying a caravan to check out ‘Prestige Jayco’
