Sponsorship & Donation Requests

Prestige Jayco is proud to support not for profit, charitable organisations & sporting clubs.
All requests are required to be submitted in writing no later than fours weeks prior to the event. The following procedures and guidelines are designed to help with sponsorship/donation requests.

Please include the following information with your request:

• Organisation name, full mailing address, telephone number and email address;
• Type of event, program or organisation;
• Indicate if the event is a charitable fund-raiser and, if so, where the funds being donated;
• Contact person, contact telephone number, contact email address;
• Day, date, time, length and location of event;
• Funds requested for event, program or organisation;
• Number of people attending event;
• Type of audience (i.e. students, adults, athletes etc.);
• What the benefit to Prestige Jayco is;
• Please list any promotion that Prestige Jayco will receive i.e. logo in program etc
